while we wait on the county to approve our improvements, we decided to do some work outside. with the help of guido...we set new railroad ties and john built new stone columns. we also had our friend dustin who is an excavator, help with re-grading the property to help move water away from the building....it really needed to be done. the culvert you see above was once exposed and an eye sore, we were able to cover the top of it (leaving the opening of course) with the dirt we moved. we've planted mountain grass seed and wild flower mix i hopes if it growing looking a bit nicer.
